Three of our society publications won awards as follows:competition winners

  • Yearbook cover - First place (yearbook cover with primarily computer-generated graphics)
  • Yearbook – First place (letter-size yearbook folded into booklet style)
  • Newsletter – First place (newsletter with primarily computer-generated cover graphics)
  • Show Schedule – Second place

As well, one of our society members brought home awards in the following arts competitions:

  • First place for “Rouge River” mosaic, incorporating seeds in a frame
  • Second place for “City Scape or Country Scape” hand stitchery

As the OHA is made up of 270 societies and more than 30,000 members, it is an achievement for us to bring home awards again this year.
