Attendees of tonight’s presentation will learn how to create a garden for the birds and other wildlife to enjoy, improving their lives and resulting in a fun and rewarding activity for the whole family.  This presentation focuses on the four key elements of wildlife attraction, as well as the use of specific types of plants (with an emphasis on native plants).  Packed full of photos of local backyard birds and wildlife, this presentation is a must for anyone who enjoys gardening and is looking for ways to attract wildlife to their property.

Proprietor of the Wild Birds Unlimited Nature Shop in Barrie (, Kristen Martyn describes herself as a birder, naturalist, entrepreneur, tour leader, speaker, traveler and wildlife photographer. Her explorations of the natural world began at a young age, developing into a lifelong passion for wildlife and the outdoors, and a personal mission to teach people about nature and bring them together with the natural world.
