Our society delegates to the 2018 Ontario Horticultural Association (OHA) Convention that took place in Kingston from July 27 to 29 brought home awards for four of our publications. Details will be available in upcoming issues of the OHA’s Trillium and our society’s Garden Post, but are highlighted below:

• Flower Show Schedule – First Place and Best in Show (show schedule)
• Holiday Celebration Poster – Third Place (special event poster)
• Yearbook cover – Third Place (yearbook cover with primarily computer-generated graphics)
• Yearbook – Honorable Mention (letter-size yearbook folded into booklet style)
• Newsletter – Honorable Mention (newsletter with primarily computer-generated cover graphics)         

As the OHA is made up of more than 270 societies, many of whom participate in these competitions, it is an achievement for us to bring home awards again this year!
